Billy Joel and Rod Stewart staged their first concert together on Friday at Cleveland Browns Stadium, mere steps from where the legendary rockers are enshrined in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. The one-night-only event was highlighted by Stewart and Joel sharing the stage together to perform “Stay With Me.”

Stewart is a twice-inducted member of the Rock Hall, having been honored as a solo artist and as a member of the influential British band Faces. “Stay With Me” was one of Faces’ biggest hits when it was released on their 1971 album, A Nod Is As Good As a Wink… to a Blind Horse.

Stewart co-wrote “Stay With Me” with Faces guitarist Ronnie Wood. Formed from the remains of the Small Faces, the initial Faces run spanned from 1969 to 1975, when Stewart left to embark on a successful solo career and Wood went on to join The Rolling Stones.
