Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band announced a run of nine North American fall tour dates with the promise of three more to come. The Beatles drummer is joined in the ensemble by Steve Lukather, Edgar Winter, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Hamish Stuart and Gregg Bissonette.
The news of the fall tour arrives as Starr prepares to issue his fifth EP, Crooked Boy, on vinyl as a Record Store Day exclusive this Saturday, April 20. The EP consists of four original tracks written and produced by Linda Perry. “Linda made me a great EP – she produced it in her studio and then sent me the tracks and I added the drumming and my vocals,” Ringo explained.
