Rilo Kiley has announced an expansion of their “Sometimes When You’re On You’re Really F**king On Tour.” The newly reunited band confirmed an extended run of September headline dates across the East Coast and Midwest.

The quartet — frontwoman Jenny Lewis, guitarist Blake Sennett, bassist Pierre de Reeder and drummer Jason Boesel — last performed together in 2008. Rilo Kiley will celebrate their return by releasing a greatest hits album, That’s How We Choose To Remember It, via Saddle Creek on May 9.

“Planning this reunion over these past months has been like reconnecting with family. We haven’t missed a beat,” said Pierre de Reeder. “The stakes are only to have a good time, to revel in this nostalgia. Getting to revisit and celebrate the music from that special time of our lives while experiencing it alongside a lot of people that lived it with us back when, and new folks alike.”

“It couldn’t have happened any sooner,” added Jenny Lewis. “It feels like now is the time to share that joy and love with each other and with everyone else.”

Rilo Kiley’s 2025 tour begins on May 5 in San Luis Obispo with a show at the Fremont Theatre. The initial leg concludes with a recently confirmed show at Seattle’s Chateau Ste. Michelle on May 24.

The newly announced September dates begin in New Haven at College Street Music Hall on September 3, followed by Philadelphia’s The Met on September 4, Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway on September 7 and New York’s SummerStage in Central Park on September 8. They continue to Washington D.C. for a performance at The Anthem on September 10 and Pittsburgh’s Roxian Theatre on September 11. After appearing at Louisville’s Bourbon & Beyond festival on September 13, they play Saint Paul’s Palace Theatre on September 16 and La Vista’s The Astro on September 17.

Rilo Kiley then heads to the Southeast, appearing at the Sing Out Loud Festival in St. Augustine on September 21, Nashville’s The Pinnacle on September 23 and Raleigh’s Red Hat Amphitheater with special guests The Mountain Goats on September 24. The tour concludes with a performance at The Eastern in Atlanta on September 26.

Tickets for the new dates go on sale Friday, February 28 at 10 a.m. local time.
