The Record Company called off a series of tour dates initially scheduled for October and November. The trio is working on a new album and cited the “need to put our energies and scheduling into making the best possible record right now” as the reason for the decision.

The Record Company — Chris Vos, Alex Stiff and Marc Cazorlashared the news on social media. Appearances at Ottawa’s CityFolk Festival on September 15 and at Harvest Music Festival in Fredericton, New Brunswick on September 17 will move forward as planned.

Vos, Stiff and Cazorla’s latest album, Play Loud, came out on October 8, 2021. The next studio album will be the band’s fourth. New dates are being planned as The Record Company aims to “come back swinging in 2023.” Ticketholders who do not receive refunds automatically should contact the point of purchase.
