Real Estate is set to release a new album In Mind through Domino on March 17. Guitarist Martin Courtney was recent guest on NPR Music’s All Songs Considered during which he previewed another track from the forthcoming LP.

Boilen and Courtney discuss the change to the band’s personnel, the video for the lead single “Darling” and the relationship between the new record and The Beatles’ landmark album Abbey Road.
