Real Estate Details Spring Tour 2020 & Teases New Music

Real Estate will hit the road for a 23-date spring tour of the U.S. in 2020. The band’s first run of the year spans April 9 – May 22 and includes dates on both coasts and a number of cities in between. Additionally, the announcement mentioned the concerts will incorporate new music from a yet-be-to-be-announced studio album.

Martin Courtney, Alex Bleeker, Jackson Pollis, Matthew Kallman and Julian Lynch kick off the tour at El Club in Detroit on April 9. Real Estate then hits the Midwestern cities of Chicago, Minneapolis, Omaha, Kansas City, St. Louis and Indianapolis. Next comes a performance in Atlanta ahead of shows in Chapel Hill, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia.

The second leg of Real Estate’s 2020 spring tour begins at Oakland’s Fox Theater on May 7. From there, the quintet will make stops in Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Denver and Salt Lake City. Real Estate are currently scheduled to end the tour with a swing through the Pacific Northwest for concerts in Seattle on May 21 and Portland on May 22.
