Vermont jam quartet RAQ will return to the stage next month for three concerts. The band has revealed former Dopapod drummer Scotty Zwang has been added to the “RAQ family” for the upcoming shows and possibly beyond.

Up first for RAQ is a headlining gig at The Westcott Theater in Syracuse on December 15. Then, on December 16, RAQ opens for Twiddle at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York. Finally, the foursome will bring the short run to its conclusion at Thunder Road in Somerville, Massachusetts on December 17.

“We’re excited to welcome Scotty Zwang on drums to the RAQ family. Scotty brings years of experience playing in acts such as Greenhouse Lounge, Sonic Spank, Dopapod and his versatile drumming style will lend itself perfectly to our material. We can’t wait to get on stage and party with you guys so spread the word and we’ll see you Dec 15-17,” reads a note from the band about Zwang’s addition.
