Queen and Adam Lambert re-tooled Queen’s “We Are The Champions” as “You Are The Champions” to honor those on the frontlines of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. Founding members guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor recorded a video with vocalist Adam Lambert in isolation using phone cameras. Proceeds from the track are going towards the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

Images of desolate cities and healthcare workers are interspersed with footage of Lambert, Taylor and May re-recording Queen’s 1977 hit. “I thought, this is a great way to use the legacy that we have to do some good in the world,” explained Brian May in a statement.
