Puscifer, A Perfect Circle & Primus Unite For New ‘Sessanta E.P.P.P.’

Tourmates Puscifer, A Perfect Circle and Primus announced a new record, the Sessanta E.P.P.P., due out via vinyl and streaming on March 29 through Puscifer Entertainment. The EP contains a new song from each band all co-written by Tool/Puscifer/Perfect Circle frontman Maynard James Keenan.

Appearing on the EP are A Perfect Circle’s “Kindred,” Puscifer’s “No Angel” and “Pablo’s Hippos” by Primus. The bands are offering a glow-in-the-dark vinyl with red and yellow swirls via their webstore.

Puscifer, Primus and A Perfect Circle’s Sessanta Tour gets underway in early April and will see the bands performing the EP live. A limited signed, tour-exclusive variant will also be available on the Sessanta Tour with the original EP on Side A and instrumentals of the songs on Side B. A different color variant will be available at each tour stop, showcased daily on the bands’ social media channels.

The Sessanta Tour is an extended revamping of the band’s 2014 team up in Los Angeles to celebrate Maynard’s 50th birthday. In honor of Keenan’s 60th birthday this year (April 17), The Sessanta Tour will see members of all three bands performing in various configurations.

“It took some massaging, and some long days in rehearsal, but we managed to seamlessly pull off this three-song rotation at Cinquanta, my 50th birthday shows, at The Greek Theatre in 2014,” Keenan stated. “Bands aren’t used to simultaneously sharing the stage with other bands, but if anyone can do it, it’s Primus, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer.”

The Sessanta Tour, marking A Perfect Circle’s first live performances since 2018, kicks off on April 2 at Boch Center Wang Theatre in Boston. Check out the tour routing with ticket info below.
