Psychedelic Furs Cancel Spring & Summer 2026 Tour Dates Due To Serious Medical Issue

There’s sad news from The Psychedelic Furs camp this morning, as the British rockers called off all spring and summer tour dates. The band cited a “serious medical issue in the band” in a statement announcing the cancellations.

“Due to a serious medical issue in the band, the tour dates scheduled for spring and summer are being cancelled. Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience,” wrote Psychedelic Furs.

Refunds for tickets are available through the point of purchase. The band promised “more soon,” likely referring to additional information about the undisclosed medical issue.

The cancellations come just dates after Psychedelic Furs announced a summer tour with Living Colour. General on-sales were scheduled for this morning.

The Psychedelic Furs also had a spring tour booked, which was supposed to start on Tuesday, May 12 in Minneapolis. We Are Scientists were slated to support most shows through the end of the run on June 14 in Rocklin, California.

For now, the only gig left on Psychedelic Furs’ touring schedule is an appearance at the Darker Waves festival on November 14 in Huntington Beach, California. Stay tuned for “more soon.”
