Pro-Shot Videos: The Travelin’ McCourys Perform On eTown

Familial bluegrass group The Travelin’ McCourys were guests recently on an episode the eTown radio show. Official video footage from the McCourys’ performance at eTown Hall in Boulder, Colorado is now available to view.

Brothers Ronnie McCoury on guitar and lead vocals and Rob McCoury on banjo, were joined in Boulder by their band mates Jason Carter on fiddle, Alan Bartram on bass and Cody Kilby on guitar. The group played a cover of the Grateful Dead’s “Cumberland Blues,” Steve Young’s original made famous by Waylon Jennings’ “Lonesome, On’ry and Mean” and their arrangement of Passenger’s recent hit “Let Her Go.”

Fellow eTown guest Liz Vice along with eTown hosts Nick Forster and Helen Forster came together with The Travelin’ McCourys for a show closing performance of “Crazy” by Gnarls Barkley. Head here to listen to the full episode and watch video highlights below:
