Pro-Shot Video: Widespread Panic Welcomes Derek Trucks In Birmingham

On April 23, Georgia rockers Widespread Panic and the Tedeschi Trucks Band teamed up for a performance at Legacy Arena at the BJCC in Birmingham, Alabama. The evening came to a close with a collaborative encore and pro-shot footage of some of that encore has been posted by Widespread Panic.
In the video below we see Widespread Panic joined by Derek Trucks for the original “Surprise Valley.” Derek and Jimmy Herring, who were The Allman Brothers Band guitarists for the group’s legendary Summer Tour 2000, duel it out throughout “Surprise Valley.” Take a look:
