Pro-Shot Video: The Roots Perform At Summer Camp 2016

The Summer Camp Music Festival is held over Memorial Day Weekend at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Illinois. Organizers recently unveiled the latest installment of the Summer Camp Sessions video series featuring The Roots.

In the video below – filmed on May 28, 2016 at last year’s Summer Camp – The Roots light into “The Fire” off 2010’s How I Got Over. Black Thought then leads the Roots’ crew through the title track from 2006’s Game Theory. Jay Blakesberg directed the clip which was edited by Andrew Feigl.

This year’s Summer Camp Music Festival will take place May 26 – 28 featuring traditional headliners Umphrey’s McGee and moe. as well as the Trey Anastasio Band, Pretty Lights Live, Primus, Gov’t Mule, Run The Jewels, Mike Gordon, the Disco Biscuits and many more. Head here for tickets.
