Pro-Shot Video: Portugal. The Man Covers Metallica’s ‘For Whom The Bell Tolls’

Portland-based rockers Portugal. The Man have been touring extensively in support of their latest studio album Woodstock. The band has utilized a cover of a song written by Metallica to open many of the shows on their current tour.
The group typically kicks off a show with Metallica’s “For Whom The Bell Tolls,” followed by their arrangement of Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick In The Wall Part 2.” According to Setlist.fm, the track was covered by PTM over 50 times this year. Professionally shot video footage of one of those show-opening covers of “For Whom The Bell Tolls” has been shared via the PTM YouTube channel.
