Pro-Shot Video: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Teams With Bob Weir At Lockn’ 2017

On August 26 the Lockn’ Festival in Arrington, Virginia hosted a late night set from Grateful Dead tribute act Joe Russo’s Almost Dead. The five-piece was joined by special guest Bob Weir for a number of songs throughout the evening. One such song was “One More Saturday Night” and pro-shot video of the tune has been shared.

“One More Saturday Night” was the encore for Joe Russo’s Almost Dead’s Saturday night performance at Lockn’ ’17. Weir’s appearance that evening with JRAD was his second with the band, as he first sat-in with the quintet at the Fox Theater in Oakland on November 12, 2016. Bob’s Lockn’ collaboration with Almost Dead also included takes on “Black-Throated Wind,” “Good Lovin’,” “Jack Straw” and “Samson & Delilah.”
