Pro-Shot Video: Dopakuaz Covers ‘A Fifth Of Beethoven’ At Catskill Chill

On September 18 up-and-coming jam acts Dopapod and Turkuaz joined forces for a memorable Studio 54 tribute at the Catskill Chill Music Festival in Hancock, New York. Chill organizers have been unveiling pro-shot video of the set one song at a time on YouTube. Today’s clip is a doozy.

The second song of the Studio 54 tribute from “Dopakuaz” was a cover of “A Fifth Of Beethoven,” Walter Murphy’s discofied update of the first movement of Beethoven’s fifth symphony. Dopakuaz kept the lively crowd dancing throughout. Check out how it went down:

Catskill Chill ’15 was the last installment to be held at Camp Minglewood in Hancock. Festival organizers are hard at work finding a new location for the long-running event.
