One of the many highlights from last month’s HeadCount 10th Anniversary Party at Brooklyn Bowl was the start of the second set, when HeadCount executive director Andy Bernstein gave a heartfelt speech about his organization and introduced his friend Marc Brownstein to sit in with Bob Weir & RatDog.
