Prince Announces UK Arena Tour

Prince will bring his 3RDEYEGIRL to the U.K. next month for The Purple One’s first arena tour of the country since 1995. The group will play a series of four shows, with one a piece in Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Leeds.

The tour kicks off on May 15 at Birmingham’s LG Arena and continues the next night at Manchester’s Phones 4U Arena. Then, on May 22 Prince and 3RDEYEGIRL are scheduled to perform at Glasgow’s The SSE Hydro and will conclude the tour the next night at First Direct Arena in Leeds. Prince has never performed in Leeds before and the tour will mark his first headlining shows in Glasgow and Birmingham in 19 years.

Tickets go on sale at 12 p.m. local time this Friday, May 2.
