Porno For Pyros Announces 1st Tour Since 1997

Porno for Pyros will hit the road this fall for their first tour in over 25 years. The group’s North American Fall Tour 2023 features stops across the U.S. from October 8 through November 20.

Jane’s Addiction members vocalist Perry Farrell and drummer Stephen Perkins formed Porno For Pyros in 1992 with guitarist/vocalist Peter DiStefano and bassist Martyn LeNoble. The band put out a self-titled studio album in 1993 and Good God’s Urge in 1996 before going on hiatus in 1998. Porno For Pyros reunited last year for a show in Los Angeles as well as appearances at the Lollapalooza and Welcome To Rockville festivals.

The quartet’s Horns, Thorns En Halos 30th Anniversary Tour begins in California with shows in Wheatland on October 8, San Francisco on October 10 and Los Angeles on October 13. Next up are stops in Las Vegas on October 15, Salt Lake City on October 17, Denver on October 19, Omaha on October 21, Madison (Wisconsin) on October 23, Chicago on October 24 and Detroit on October 27.

Porno For Pyros makes their Capitol Theatre debut in Port Chester, New York on October 29 ahead of shows in Boston on October 30, New York City on November 1 and Bensalem (Pennsylvania) on November 3. The tour then moves on to Silver Spring (Maryland) on November 5, Charlotte on November 7, Atlanta on November 8, Nashville on November 15 and New Orleans on November 17. Farrell and company end the tour in Texas with stops in Dallas on November 19 and Austin on November 20.
