Pigeons Playing Ping Pong Announce 2017 Fall Tour

Baltimore-based jam quartet Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will follow a busy summer with a fall tour that will bring them to every corner of the country. Today, Pigeons announced the first leg of the tour which will find them on the road for the bulk of October.

The tour begins with a pair of shows in upstate New York featuring support from Formula 5, as the bands will play the Westcott in Syracuse on August 31 and Buffalo’s Iron Works on September 1. After an appearance at Ohio’s Resonance Music Festival, PPPP kick off the run in earnest at Eagles Ballroom in Bozeman, Montana on October 10. From there, the band focuses on the Pacific Northwest and West Coast before heading to the Southwest. Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will celebrate Halloween in Atlanta and are currently slated to bring the leg to a close with visits to the Tennessee cities of Chattanooga and Knoxville on November 1 and 2 respectively.

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong’s Fall Tour 2017 comes in support of the upcoming studio album, Pizazz. “This is only the first wave of dates. “We’re so proud of Pizazz that we want to bring it to everyone this Fall. We’re ready to get the funk down!” vocalist/guitarist Greg Ormont said in a statement.
