Phoenix Performs Live Collective Arts Black Box Session
French rockers Phoenix today issued a new studio album entitled Ti Amo. The group recently recorded a Collective Arts Black Box Session during which they performed a pair of tracks from the new LP, as well as an old favorite.
The intimate, stripped-down performance produced by Toronto-based radio station Indie88 and Collective Arts Brewing begins with the Ti Amo title track. The quartet also offered an arrangement of the single “J-Boy” from the follow-up to 2013’s Bankrupt. The session concludes with “1901” from the group’s acclaimed 2009 album Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix.
