Phish will issue a new live archival audio release via LivePhish.com this Friday, March 18. Phish archivist Kevin Shapiro will reveal the show and premiere tracks from the forthcoming release when he takes over the airwaves on SiriusXM’s Phish Radio this afternoon.

The Phish Radio special hosted by Kevin Shapiro airs today (Monday, March 14) at 6 p.m. ET. An announcement of this afternoon’s broadcast was shared on Phish Radio’s social feeds asking fans to guess which show is getting the official release treatment.

Both the caption and image in a tweet announcing the broadcast features a pyramid graphic. Phish debuted at Memphis’ Pyramid Arena on September 29, 1999 and never returned. The venue last hosted live events in 2004 and eventually re-opened in 2015 as a Bass Pro Shops megastore.

Phish made their lone appearance at the Pyramid Arena count with an “Also Sprach Zarathrustra,” aka “2001,” that stands among the best in the band’s history. Other highlights include a first set in which every song was played in the key of D, a wild “Mike’s Song” that featured both “Catapult” and “Kung” within and a geographically fitting “Cities” encore.

Whatever show does get released will be available for download on LivePhish.com and for streaming by LivePhish+ subscribers starting at 12 a.m. ET this Friday. Take a look at the graphic below and tune to Phish Radio at 6 p.m. ET to see what show will be released:
