Phish announced their October 20, 2013 concert at Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia for the next installment of Dinner And A Movie. The show will air on Tuesday, July 21 at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT.
The October 20, 2013 Hampton show marked the last outing of Phish’s three-night fall tour opening run at The Mothership. The fully segued second set kicked off with the bluegrass number “Paul & Silas” and contained jam vehicles like “Tweezer,” “Golden Age,” “Piper” and “2001” as well as the Phish debut of the Bachman–Turner Overdrive classic “Takin’ Care Of Business.”

The beneficiary for the webcast is World Central Kitchen. “Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) uses the power of food to heal and strengthen communities through times of crisis and beyond,” as per Phish.com. “WCK weaponizes empathy and uses hot plates of food not just to nourish bodies but to share hope, dignity and a sign that someone cares and tomorrow will be better. WCK’s Covid-19 relief response has served more than 20 million meals to vulnerable communities and frontline responders across the country.” Donate through Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation or directly through WCK’s website.
The meal for the evening is breakfast for dinner from beloved Burlington eatery Penny Cluse Café. Mike Gordon indicated that while he usually orders “the salad with grilled tofu and corn and peanut dressing and a side of sautéed spinach with mushrooms and pesto,” he thought breakfast for dinner “might be more fitting.” Mike selected the “biscuits with herb gravy and gingerbread pancakes” which are often ordered with two eggs any style.
