Phish Selects Riviera Maya 2019 Concert For ‘Dinner And A Movie’

Phish brings back their Dinner And A Movie archival video series next week. The band’s February 22, 2019 performance at Barceló Maya Beach in Riviera Maya, Mexico airs on Tuesday, February 23 at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT on the JamBase Livestreams Calendar via LivePhish.com.

The show was the second of three concerts Phish played for their Phish Riviera Maya destination event in 2019. Phish Riviera Maya 2019 was the third installment of the event. The quartet returned to Mexico last year between February 20 – 23, 2020 for what still stands as their most recent performances.

While official video from the show will be broadcast for free, fans are asked to donate to The WaterWheel Foundation. Contributions made to The WaterWheel Foundation will go towards the National Immigration Law Center (NILC). “Established in 1979, the NILC is the leading national legal advocacy org in the U.S. exclusively dedicated to defending and advancing the rights and opportunities of the most vulnerable immigrants and their loved ones,” reads a description of the NILC. “Believing that everyone living in the U.S. should have equal access to justice, resources, and economic opportunities that allow them to achieve their full human potential, NILC advances its mission through a racial, economic, and gender justice and equity lens, and works to challenge laws and policies that contribute to systemic inequities.”
