Phish are diving deep into their archives for the next installment of the Dinner And A Movie video series. The band will broadcast official video of their June 19, 1995 performance at Deer Creek in Noblesville, Indiana on Tuesday, June 16 at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT.

The June 19, 1995 will air nearly 25 years to the day it took place at the Indianapolis area shed. Phish kicked off their Summer Tour 1995 on June 7 in Boise, Idaho and then made their way to Noblesville after a run that included a two-night stand at Red Rocks and a visit to Memphis’ Mud Island Amphitheatre featuring a stellar “Tweezer.” June 19, 1995 marked Phish’s Deer Creek debut and they returned every summer they were on the road through 2010. The quartet will come back to the venue, now known as the Ruoff Music Center August 6 – 8, 2021.

Jon Fishman selected Phish touring chef Jim Hamilton to provide a recipe for one of the drummer’s favorite dishes while on the road. Head here for Hamilton’s recipes for miso-glazed salmon with bok choy and brown rice as well as fresh spring rolls as the appetizer.

The band picked Equal Justice Initative as the beneficary for Tuesday’s Dinner And A Movie. Donations to Phish’s Waterwheel Foundation will go towards EJI, which “is committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, to challenging racial and economic injustice, and to protecting basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society.”
