Phish announced their August 19, 2012 concert from San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium for the next Dinner And A Movie. The show will air on Tuesday, August 18 — nearly eight years to the day it took place — at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT.
The August 19, 2012 Bill Graham show capped off a three-night run that marked Phish’s debut at the San Francisco venue. The first set contained favorite’s like “Reba” and “Roggae” while the second set kicked off with the stellar sequence of “Crosseyed & Painless” > “Light” > “Sneakin’ Sall Through The Alley” > “Crosseyed & Painless.” The show contained a number of teases including a “Dave’s Energy Guide” tease during “Reba,” an “Elanor Rigby” tease ahead of the first “Cross-Eyed” and a “China Cat Sunflower” tease before “Bug.” The show also saw a Beyoncé nod during “Light” with “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It),” according to Phish.net.

The beneficiary for the webcast is The National Alliance to End Homelessness, “a nonpartisan organization committed to preventing and ending homelessness in the United States,” as per Phish.com. “They use research and data to find solutions to homelessness and work with federal and local partners to create a solid base of policy and resources that support those solutions and then help communities implement them.” Head here to donate any time via Phish’s WaterWheel Foundation.
For the recipe, Trey Anastasio tapped Phish tour chef Jim Hamilton for “a roasted tomato tart, an endive/fennel/orange salad and a key lime pie, with a (Bill) graham cracker crust.” Click on the link below for the full recipe and share your culinary creations with #phishdinnerandamovie:
