Phil Lesh Announces Phil & Friends Lineups For Benefit Concerts At Terrapin Crossroads

Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh will host a pair of Phil Lesh & Friends benefiting concerts at his Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael, California this week. The lineups of musicians joining the 77-year-old at the events raising funds for B St. Beautification project’s efforts to rejuvenate and clean up the nearby Albert Park.
TXR will host Phil & Friends benefit concerts on Thursday, February 22 and on Friday, February 23. The first night will feature Lesh joined by Danny Click, Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz, Chris Gelbuda and Ezra Lipp. The following evening will find Phil joined by Gelbuda, Scott Law, Ross James and Alex Koford.
Tonight, Terrapin Crossroads will host a candlelight vigil billed as “All Children Are Our Children” in honor of the victims of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Florida. Phil will speak along with a Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America representative. A moment of silence will be held followed by Lesh and others playing an acoustic set around the venue’s campfire pit. The free memorial starts at Beach Park at 6 p.m. PT.
