Peter Frampton Performs NPR ‘Tiny Desk Concert’

Earlier this year, Peter Frampton released a new album Acoustic Classics featuring the acclaimed guitarist performing his best-known songs acoustically. Frampton recently stopped by NPR Music’s Bob Boilen’s office desk for an appearance on the long running Tiny Desk Concert video series.

The three-song set began with “All I Want To Be (Is By Your Side)” before songwriter Gordon Kennedy joined on guitar for a take on “Lines On My Face.” Along with talking about the inspiration behind writing songs, Frampton and Kennedy also offered a stripped down performance of the hit “Baby, I Love Your Way,” popularized on the 1976 Frampton Comes Alive! live LP.
