Gov’t Mule Tops Initial Peoria Blues & Heritage Music Festival 2025 Lineup

The Peoria Blues & Heritage Music Festival announced its initial 2025 lineup with Gov’t Mule topping the bill. The two-day event takes place over Labor Day Weekend on August 29 and 30 at the Peoria Riverfront in Peoria, Illinois.

Along with Mule, Peoria Blues 2025 will see performances by Ruthie Foster, Tommy Castro & the Painkillers, ZZ Ward and Ana Popović. More artists are TBA.

“But it’s more than just the music,” Peoria Blues wrote in a social media post. “It’s sharing local food and cold drinks with friends. It’s dancing by the river as the sun goes down. It’s a celebration of culture, heritage, and life. Come join us and let the good times roll.”
