Paul Simon extended his A Quiet Celebration Tour with summer 2026 dates in the U.S. and Canada. The trek, the legendary singer-songwriter’s first substantial tour in eight years, began last year.
The newly announced North American leg begins at Frost Amphitheater in Stanford, California on June 4 and continues through a two-night stand at Ravinia Festival in the Chicago area July 18 – 19. Paul Simon will hit outdoor amphitheaters on both coasts and many cities in between during the seven-week excursion.
The summer run includes stops across California, Colorado, Missouri, Ohio, Michigan, Ontario, North Carolina, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Tennessee and Illinois. In addition to the two nights at Ravinia, Simon will also present a two-night stand at Colorado’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Paul Simon will devote the first portion of each show to a performance of Seven Psalms, his latest studio album. After an intermission, the second half will see Simon play beloved hits and deep cuts from throughout his career. Simon’s band for the trek will include Edie Brickell (vocals), Mark Stewart (guitar), Bakithi Kumalo (bass), Andy Snitzer (saxophone), Jamey Haddad (percussion), Mick Rossi (piano, keys), Gyan Riley (guitar), Matt Chamberlin (drums), Nancy Stagnitta (flute), Caleb Burhans (viola) and Eugene Friesen (Cello).
Tickets to Paul Simon’s A Quiet Celebration Tour go on sale on Friday, February 6 at 10 a.m. local venue time.
