Paul McCartney | My Morning Jacket With Garbus and Howard To Visit Jimmy Fallon

Paul McCartney made his first visit to NBC’s Late Night With Jimmy Fallon one to remember in 2010, when he shared a few private stories (including one about being held up at knifepoint in Nigeria) and performed a parody of “Yesterday” called “Scrambled Eggs” that was so good Fallon included it on his comedy album. McCartney and Fallon will team up once again a week from today, on October 7, when Paul visits Late Night in support of his New album.
Fallon also scored a visit from another JamBase favorite next week as My Morning Jacket will perform on the October 11th episode with Alabama Shakes front woman Brittany Howard and tUnE-yArDs mastermind Merrill Garbus. We’d imagine they’ll perform “Trouble Sleep Yanga Wake Am” off the soon-to-be-released Red, Hot & Fela compilation.
