Guster issued OMAGAH! Guster With The Symphony Orchestra, an 11-track live album. The LP was recorded during Guster’s February 8, 2019 show with The Omaha Symphony at the Holland Performing Arts Center in Omaha, Nebraska and is available exclusively via Bandcamp and the group’s online store.

The concert in Omaha featured a total of 18 songs from throughout Guster’s career. Guster chose 11 of their favorite tracks to form OMAGAH! Principal Pops Conductor Ernest Richardson led the orchestra in backing the band on such Guster classics as “Fa Fa,” “Dear Valentine” and “Satellite.” More recent material is also included with 2015’s Evermotion represented by “Long Night” and “Doin’ It By Myself” on the new live LP as well as “Hello Mister Sun” and “Mind Control” from last year’s Look Alive studio album.

“Omaha is kind of a strange place to invite us to do this in a great way,” Guster drummer Brian Rosenworcel told the Omaha World-Herald ahead of the show, which was put on in conjunction with the MAHA Festival. “It’s not a huge market, but there will be more people at this show than we usually have.” Rosenworcel noted it was Guster’s fourth time performing with an orchestra.
