Merry Clayton, who is best known for her duet with Mick Jagger on The Rolling Stones’s “Gimme Shelter,” recently added Oscar Award Winner to her already impressive resume for her participation in the documentary 20 Feet From Stardom. Another of Clayton’s collaborations took place with the recently-reunited G. Love & Special Sauce as she’s featured on the track “One Night Romance” off the soon-to-be-released Sugar LP.

G. Love & Special Sauce, who are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album, have shared an official video for “One Night Romance” documenting the recording process. Clayton is just one of the special guests on Sugar, which also features performances from David Hidalgo, Marc Broussard, Eric Krasno, Shamarr Allen, Kristy Lee and more. Those pre-ordering the album will instantly receive the track “One Night Romance.”
