Northlands Expands 2022 Lineup: Lotus, Melvin Seals Grateful Revue & More

Northlands Music & Arts Festival organizers announced the second round of artists for its 2022 lineup including Lotus, Melvin Seals Grateful Revue and more. The inaugural two-day music festival will take place at Cheshire Fairgrounds in Swanzey, New Hampshire on June 24 and 25.

Legendary Jerry Garcia Band keyboardist Melvin Seals will be joined by guitarist John Kadlecik, drummer Vinnie Amico, trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick, bassist Reed Mathis and pedal steel guitarist Roosevelt Collier for the Grateful Revue set. The Movement, Pink Talking Fish and lespecial have also been added to the inaugural Northlands lineup.

The artists announced today come in addition to previously revealed Northlands 2022 acts Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Twiddle, Lettuce, Yonder Mountain String Band, Dopapod, Dogs In A Pile and Joe Samba. “We are stoked to add more exciting national level artists to our lineup,” noted Northlands Director Seth McNally in a press release. “They not only widen out the genres for a well-rounded experience, but also add more fire to an already hot lineup.”

Cheshire Fairgrounds is located near the Massachusetts border and hosted drive-in concerts in 2020. Known as Northlands in 2021, the venue was the site of many concerts last year. Tickets for 2022 Northlands Music & Arts Festival can be purchased now through Eventbrite.
