Norah Jones stopped by NPR HQ to make her in-studio debut on Tiny Desk Concert. The nine-time Grammy winner delivered songs from her latest album, Visions, and more.

While Norah Jones made an appearance on Tiny Desk (Home) Concert during the pandemic, the latest performance marked the pianist’s first time performing in-studio for the renowned series. Her four-song set included three numbers from her new album Visions as well as an older favorite.

Jones and her band — drummer Brian Blade, bassist Josh Lattanzi, vocalist/guitarist Sasha Dobson, and vocalist Sami Stevens — kicked off the Tiny Desk with Visions‘ “Paradise,” “a deceptively light and whimsical tune about letting go” NPR’s Mitra I. Arthur wrote.

Jones continued the session with Visions’ “Swept Up In The Night” and “Staring At The Wall,” the latter seeing Jones on electric guitar. Norah Jones wrapped her Tiny Desk with the standout title track from her acclaimed 2002 debut album, “Come Away With Me.”
