Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers At Utopia Soundstage

By Scott Bernstein Sep 4, 2015 12:20 pm PDT

On August 26 Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers visited Todd Rundgren’s Utopia Soundstage in Woodstock, New York to record a short set for Radio Woodstock. Video of the full 25-minute performance and interview session has been posted on Radio Woodstock’s YouTube channel.

The group kicked off the set with “Waiting On Love” and “Simpler Times” off Loved Wild Lost. Nicki then participates in a chat about music-themed music and the Van Sessions before she leads the Gramblers on two tracks off the band’s self-titled debut – “Hey Stranger” and “Little Too Late.” Bluhm and the Gramblers end the short-but-sweet session with their spot-on rendition of “Deal” by the Grateful Dead.
