Newport Folk Festival 2025 Adds Margo Price, MJ Lenderman, Bonny Light Horseman, More

Newport Folk Festival continues to roll out its 2025 lineup, with Margo Price, MJ Lenderman and Bonny Light Horseman among the latest artists confirmed to perform at this year’s event. The iconic festival returns to the idyllic Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island July 25 – 27.

Lenderman, Alex G, Hannah Cohen, Jessica Pratt, Kevin Morby, Kim Deal and The Deslondes are lined up to play Newport Folk on Friday, July 25.

The schedule for Saturday, July 26 already includes Bonny Light Horseman, I’m With Her, Waxahatchee, Dan Reeder, flipturn, Illiterate Light, Saya Gray, Mon Rovîa, Ken Pomeroy, Julien Baker & TORRES, Jesse Welles and Iron & Wine.

So far, the Sunday, July 27 lineup features Price, Jeff Tweedy, Mt. Joy, BCUC, Dehd, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Michael Kiwanuka, and Stephen Wilson Jr.

More artists announcements for each day are coming soon. Attendees have learned to expect the unexpected at Newport Folk as the beloved event has hosted surprise appearances from the likes of Joni Mitchell, Beck, Jack White, James Taylor and Dolly Parton in recent years.
