New Page McConnell Album To Get Digital Release Next Week

PHISH KEYBOARDIST’S INSTRUMENTAL ALBUM
SET FOR JUNE 25TH DIGITAL RELEASE

Phish keyboardist Page McConnell unveiled a new instrumental album called Unsung Cities and Movies Never Made as a special Record Store Day release. The LP was released as a limited-edition vinyl edition that quickly sold out on Record Store Day and was unavailable in any other form…until next week. Unsung Cities and Movies Never Made will get a full digital release on Tuesday, June 25.

You’ll be able to purchase the LP via LivePhish.com, iTunes and other digital outlets starting on the 25th and it will also be available for streaming on many subscription services such as Spotify and Rhapsody. Sirius XM’s Jam_ON will offer a special preview of Unsung Cities and Movies Never Made on Sunday, June 23, at 10 a.m. ET with a replay set for Monday, June 24, at 9 p.m. ET.

For this album, McConnell put together the impressive ensemble of bassist Reed Mathis, guitarist Adam Zimmon and drummer Gabe Jarrett to join him in recording instrumental tracks.
