Keyboardist Neal Francis shared his concert film, Francis Comes Alive: The Movie, via his YouTube channel. Video of the performance was previously exclusive to nugs.net subscribers.
Francis premiered Francis Comes Alive: The Movie on nugs.net in November 2023 following the release of the live album, Francis Comes Alive, which made JamBase's favorite albums of 2023 list. Neal captured the hour-and-a-half long performance live to tape at Thalia Hall in his hometown of Chicago on March 25, 2023 with an expanded band.

The 11-piece group consisted of Neal’s core band members — guitarist Kellen Boersma, bassist Mike Starr and drummer Collin O’Brien. A horn section featured trumpeter Parris Fleming, saxophonist Corbin Andrick and trombonist Alex Wasily. Additional keyboardist Cole DeGenova and percussionist Daniel Villarreal along with vocalists Thair Thompson and Carlile rounded out the band.
The performance saw Francis pull from his 2019 debut album, Changes and its 2021 follow-up, In Plain Sight. Stream Francis Comes Alive: The Movie below:
