Virginia-based singer-songwriter Nathan Moore has a new obsession, animation. Moore has started to create animated videos for some of his songs. The latest addition to his YouTube channel provides a visual for the time-appropriate “Month Of May.”

Nathan paired animation to the version of “Month Of May” from his 2007 studio album In His Own Worlds. “Every May I think of this song I wrote. The clock was ticking if I was going to animate it before the month was gone,” Moore explained in sharing the clip. In His Own Worlds finds Nathan backed by a rhythm section of drummer Jim Palmer and bassist Bill Palmer. The LP also features contributions from Sharon Gilchrist, Auge Hays, Michael Kott, Enion Pelta and Kevin Zoernig.
