Natalie Cressman Shares New Single ‘Where We Started’

Singer-songwriter Natalie Cressman will issue The Traces EP on March 3. The vocalist/trombonist has shared another single from the release, entitled “Where We Started.”

The five song EP features the previously shared singles “Radio Silence” and “Wind Of Whims” and was produced by Cressman and Ivan Jackson. Cressman was joined on the tracks by guitarist Mike Bono, drummers Mark Whitfield and Conor Rayne, bassist Jonathan Stein, keyboardist Samora Pinderhughes and violinist/viola Dora Kim. The member of the Trey Anastasio Band recently confirmed a number of shows to celebrate the EP’s release.

Live For Live Music premiered the single “Where We Started” which Cressman described writing as “very interesting because the first seed of ‘Where We Started’ came to me in the middle of the night. Sometimes I wake up from a dream with a melody in my head, or come up with lyrics when I’m trying to fall asleep.” Listen to “Where We Started” here:
