My Morning Jacket Details US Headlining Tour 2021

My Morning Jacket will return to the road later this year for their first U.S. headlining tour since 2017. The band’s 2021 tour spans August 27 – November 6 and includes select dates with Brittany Howard, Durand Jones & The Indications, Bedouine and Flock of Dimes.
Charlotte’s Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre hosts the tour opener on August 27 before MMJ’s appearance at the Railbird Festival on August 28. My Morning Jacket teams up with Howard in Alpharetta, Georgia on September 3 then heads to Bonnaroo. More MMJ and Brittany Howard shows follow in Columbia (Maryland) on September 7, Philadelphia on September 8 and Queens on September 10 and 11.

My Morning Jacket ends September out west with dates in the California, Oregon and Washington. Jim James and company then play two nights in Seattle on October 1 and 2 before ending the West Coast leg in Bend, Oregon on October 3. The band resumes the tour in Birmingham, Alabama on October 29, appears at Suwannee Hulaween on October 30, performs in New Orleans on Halloween and St. Louis on November 2. MMJ closes out the tour with three nights at Chicago’s Auditorium Theatre November 4 – 6.
Fan and VIP pre-sales start tomorrow, Wednesday, May 19 at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday, May 21 at 10 a.m. local for all shows except Chicago (12 p.m. CT). $1 per ticket will go to “support non-profits working for environmental justice, racial equity, and securing access to mental health care for all” in partnership with PLUS1.
