Mumford & Sons Cover Bruce Springsteen In New Jersey

Last night Mumford & Sons held a concert at BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey. The show featured a cover performance of a classic song by Jersey-native Bruce Springsteen.
The band’s main set was interrupted for about 45 minutes due to inclement weather in the area. Mumford & Sons offered a career-spanning selection of songs, while also playing new cuts “Blind Leading The Blind” and “If I Say,” as well as a stripped down arrangement of “Sister” performed downstage around a single microphone.
The night’s second encore began with a fitting tribute to the nearby Philadelphia and The Boss as the group showcased a cover of “Streets Of Philadelphia.” The Springsteen cover was followed by favorites “I Will Wait” and “The Wolf.” Audience-shot footage of “Streets Of Philadelphia” was captured by Jim Powers, watch here:
