Motionless In White & Skylar Grey Offer ‘R.I.P.’ Live Premiere In Connecticut

Metalcore outfit Motionless In White welcomed singer Skylar Grey to debut their collaborative single, “R.I.P.” The performance went down last night at the band’s Sweat And Blood Tour kickoff at Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The band launched their first U.S. headline trek in three years with a cut, “Sign Of Life,” off their previous LP, 2022’s Scoring The End Of The World. Additional popular songs performed include “Playing God,” “Afraid Of The Dark,” “Voices,” “Masterpiece” and closer “Eternally Yours.”
The concert also saw the band premiering 80s hit “Sunglasses At Night.” The metalcore quintet also welcomed Ryan Kirby to perform their collaborative song “Slaughterhouse.”
Skylar Grey emerged halfway through the 20-song set to perform “R.I.P.” Motionless In White and Skylar Grey released “R.I.P.” on June 16. The track is set to land on the band’s upcoming album Decades, which arrives on Friday (July 17).
