Molly Tuttle Starts 2026 On A High Note With ‘That’s Gonna Leave A Mark’ On ‘Kimmel’

Molly Tuttle returned to Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday for a performance of her Grammy-nominated single, “That’s Gonna Leave A Mark.” Tuttle and her live band tore through the lead single from her 2025 album, So Long Little Miss Sunshine.

The acclaimed singer-songwriter and guitarist took the Kimmel stage accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Ellen Angelico, guitarist-mandolinist Mary “Mair” Mulroney, bassist Vanessa McGowan and drummer Megan Jane. Molly Tuttle showed off her clawhammer style guitar skills throughout the “That’s Gonna Leave A Mark” performance.

“I wrote ‘That’s Gonna Leave a Mark’ with my friend Kevin Griffin,” Tuttle stated of the song. “He has such a brilliant pop sensibility. We reworked it a little bit last year. It’s fun, sort of sassy, and that guitar part is one of my favorites that I play on the record.”
