While moe. will perform tonight, tomorrow and Sunday at the fifteenth annual installment of their moe.down music festival at Snow Ridge Ski Area in Turin, NY; those arriving early were let in to the concert grounds last night for the band’s soundcheck.

From there, moe. dusted off covers of “Low” by Cracker and Frank Zappa’s “San Ber’dino.” “Low” had only been performed two previous times since 2005, while last night’s “San Ber’dino” was just the eighth moe. has played since 2011. The set came to a close with another tune off No Guts, No Glory -“Annihilation Blues.”

moe.down 15 kicks off in earnest today and will feature performances from Lotus, The Everyone Orchestra, Les Claypool’s Duo de Twang and many others. moe. recently hit 100,000 likes on Facebook and will perform a fan-voted song at some point during the weekend.
