moe. Shares Acoustic/Animated ‘Lazarus’ Video

moe. released a video for their song “Lazarus” featuring animation mixed with live footage. The version of “Lazarus” included in the video was recorded on February 7, 2013 at The Ark in Ann Arbor.

The quintet’s February 7, 2013 concert in Ann Arbor was an acoustic show. “Lazarus” emerged out of the nearly 20-minute “Time Ed” opener. While moe. originally debuted the Rob Derhak-penned “Lazarus” in 2001, the band went on to record a reworked version titled “The Bones Of Lazarus” for inclusion on their 2012 studio album What Happened To The La La’s. moe. tapped Mike Fortunato to create the animation and edit the new “Lazarus” video.
