Watch MJ Lenderman Perform ‘Wristwatch’ For ‘Austin City Limits’ Debut

MJ Lenderman will make his Austin City Limits debut on the next episode of the long-running PBS program’s 51st season. Exclusive footage of “Wristwatch” was shared ahead of the episode’s premiere on Saturday, November 22.
“Wristwatch” was part of Lenderman’s 2024 album, Manning Fireworks, which he sourced for most of his ACL set recorded at The Moody Theater. A song from Lenderman’s 2022 album, Boat Songs, was also among the setlist choices.
Lenderman was backed by his band, The Wind, for the television appearance. The upcoming episode also features a performance by ROLE MODEL. Check PBS for local broadcast times.
