Mike Gordon Plays In-Store At The Sound Garden In Syracuse

Bassist Mike Gordon and the rest of his quintet played a special afternoon set at The Sound Garden record store in Syracuse on Thursday. The band performed a handful of songs off the recently released OGOGO and participated in an autograph signing session.

Gordon, guitarist Scott Murawski, percussionist Craig Myers, keyboardist Robert Walter and drummer John Kimock began their set around 1 p.m. with “Victim.” The set continued on with OGOGO’s “Stealing Jamaica” after which Mike and Scott gave a demonstration of their light-up guitars. Mike and his band then ended the short performance with “Steps.”

Mike Gordon plays the Westcott in Syracuse tonight.
