Midnight North Shares 2019 NPR ‘Tiny Desk Contest’ Entry

Midnight North has shared their entry for the fifth edition of NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Contest. The Americana jam act offered up an acoustic take of “Long View” that was recorded on March 24 at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California.

The brand new track, which will be featured on the band’s forthcoming studio album, was written by guitarist Grahame Lesh and drummer Nathan Graham. Judges for this year’s edition of the Tiny Desk Contest include musicians Jason Isbell, Lucy Dacus and Ledisi along with NPR Music’s Bob Boilen and Rodney Carmicheal as well as DJs Abbie Gobeli (KEXP) and Raul Campos (KCRW).
